Your information is used solely for the operation of the referral program, including:

  • Verifying referral eligibility
  • Preventing duplicate or self‑referrals
  • Processing and delivering gift card rewards
  • Communicating with you regarding your submission

Referred customer information is used only to verify the referral.
We do not contact the referred customer unless they independently request service from CR Garage Door.

 

Referral Eligibility Rules

To maintain fairness and prevent misuse:

  • Anyone may submit a referral
  • Referral rewards are issued only to verified CR Garage Door customers
  • Self‑referrals are not eligible (the referring and referred customer must be different individuals)
  • One reward is issued per referred customer
  • One reward is issued per household
  • Rewards are issued only after the referred customer receives and pays in full for service

 

Data Protection

All submissions are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use trusted service providers—such as WordPress, Gravity Forms, hosting services, and email systems—to securely process and store form submissions. These providers do not have permission to use your data for their own purposes.

 

Data Retention

Referral form data is retained only as long as necessary to administer and complete the referral process.
A record of the gift card reward may be retained in our accounting system solely for financial and tax documentation.

 

Age Considerations

This program is intended for adults. Minors may submit referrals, but reward issuance may require involvement from a parent or legal guardian.

Referral Policy

🎁 Referral Program Policy

Thank you for participating in our Referral Program. We appreciate your support and are excited to reward you for helping others discover our services.

🔹 Eligibility

  • Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted, scheduled, or received service from C&R Garage Doors.
  • The referred customer must complete a paid service or installation, and their invoice must be closed and paid in full before any reward is issued.
  • Only one reward is issued per referred customer.
  • Only one reward is issued per household, defined as a single service address.
  • Self-referrals are not eligible. The referring and referred individuals must be two different people.
  • Referral submissions must be received within 14 days of the referred customer’s service date.

🔹 Reward Details

  • Eligible referring customers may choose from a selection of gift cards, subject to availability and based on the referred customer’s completed invoice total.
  • Gift cards are processed and delivered within 2–3 weeks following referral verification.
  • Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted.

🔹 Submission Requirements

Referring customers must submit a completed referral form that includes:

  • Their full name and contact information
  • The name of the referred customer
  • Any additional information needed to verify eligibility

Incomplete, inaccurate, late, or unverifiable submissions may be declined.

🔹 Multiple Referrals in Public Threads

In situations where multiple individuals recommend our services (such as in community groups, comment threads, or public forums), the reward is issued to the first person who submits a valid referral form, provided the referred customer confirms that individual as their referrer.

🔹 Program Limitations

  • C&R Garage Doors may modify, pause, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Abuse of the program—including fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referrals—may result in disqualification from current and future rewards.
  • C&R Garage Doors may decline referrals that cannot be verified or that do not meet program requirements.
  • Additional actions may be taken as permitted under applicable laws related to fraud, misrepresentation, or promotional abuse.
